Included in the minimum build
The £325 base covers an estimated 8 hours for a standard one-page website: briefing and structure, design using client-supplied branding and assets, up to 6 sections, one contact form, mobile layout adjustments, basic on-page SEO, standard launch checks, two consolidated revision rounds and a basic handover.
Each additional standard page adds 4 hours (£162.50), using the agreed design style. Basic on-page SEO includes page titles, meta descriptions, heading structure and image alt text; ongoing SEO campaigns are separate. Blog setup adds its own listing/post template and does not need to be counted again as a standard page.
Client-paid costs & supplied materials
The client pays for Wix subscriptions, domains, business email, paid apps and any transaction or usage charges. These recurring and third-party costs are not included in the build estimate.
The client provides their logo, brand assets, approved images, business details and any finished copy. Privacy notices, terms and other legal text must be supplied or separately commissioned. Ongoing maintenance, marketing management, photography, branding and stock licences are additional.
Lydia Whitney does not charge VAT on her service fees. Advertising platforms, subscriptions and other third-party suppliers may apply their own VAT or taxes.
